How we use your details
When you send an enquiry, we store your name, email address, optional company name, message and submission date so Dave can respond. Enquiries are available in the private owner area. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing.
When you request our guide, EPR Packaging Works stores your email address, optional updates choice, and the first and latest request times. We also record when the PDF is accessed and notify our advisor about new downloads. A temporary download cookie unlocks the PDF for 24 hours. Your address is not added to marketing updates unless you select the optional checkbox.
If you used our earlier packaging CSV upload option, EPR Packaging Works retains the file, your email address, optional company name, contact choice, and submission time until they are no longer needed. Those files remain in a private owner-only area.
If you requested our earlier checklist, we retain the email address, optional company name, contact choice, and request time associated with that sign-up until the record is no longer needed.
We will contact you about other advisory services only if you ticked the optional permission box. A previous upload or checklist request alone did not sign you up for marketing messages. We do not sell submitted details or files.
We review and remove records and files that are no longer needed. To request access, correction, or deletion, email dave@eprpack.org. Please do not include customer or employee personal information in a packaging CSV.
